Ágota Antal textile artist and fashion designer from Transylvania is always creating something: the seeming lack of creativity is actually the process of collecting inspiration. She has been interested in the textile world since she was a child; back then she created clothes for her dolls, collected different type of yarns and old clothing pieces. Her motifs are built on a clean and inexhaustible source, coming from national costumes and traditions, and also from the rethinking and reshaping of these. She lifts her clothepoems to a new dimension, which are suitable not only for the catwalk, but are a comfortable wear in everyday life too. She makes clothes, which not only serve the preservation of traditions, but also their survivorship.
